Rebar Locator – Profometer 630 AI
Profometer 630 AI is advanced rebar cover meter instrument for concrete scanning 1 & 2 layer rebar detection, with high cover measurement accuracy through Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature with Single-Line, Multi-Line and Area Scan Modes and an extensive choice of statistical views utilised by civil engineers and inspection companies for accessing the conformity of concrete cover of a new structure or dealing with corrosion analysis on large elements.
Profometer 630 AI with advanced statistical tools is used to evaluate concrete cover compliance to specified minimum values, fire resistance assessment, pipe pile testing and quick rebar location prior to anchor installation with touchscreen, universal probe and scan cart. The instrument features enhanced correction factor for maximum cover accuracy on congested rebar arrangements and dedicated functionalities for mapping concrete cover and for reporting one-layer rebar arrangements.
Profometer 630 AI consists of profometer touchscreen, universal probe with ruggedized scan cart, probe cable 1.5 m(5ft), power supply, USB cable, chalk, DVD with software, documentation, carrying strap and carrying case.
Profometer 630AI with the four-wheel probe based on scan cart cab be used for rebar spot checks & rebar mapping on large structures.
